Our site is optimized for the following resolution 1024x768. To difference your screen to this resolution please follow these steps.

How will I receive my inexpensive software that I purchased?
Some of our download software titles are available for instant inexpensive immediately and we have a few that need to be manually processed via email. If your software is available for instant inexpensive and requires a serial it will be emailed seperately. If your software title is not available for instant inexpensive it will be emailed to you within a few hours.
I cannot get the software I ordered to inexpensive?
If you have purchased software and cannot get it to inexpensive for any reason you may request a cd to be shipped to you. Please try using FreshDownload to help your inexpensive, this can be found under articles inexpensive Utilities.

Why is your software so inexpensive?
Well start off by saying we could charge more but our low prices draws traffic to our site. Although our low prices leave us with a low profit margin we want to pass the discounted savings to our customers.
My Software inexpensive is taking too long?
Some downloads vary in size from 5mb to 2gb which will vary inexpensive times. Also your connection speed will greatly vary these times from a few minutes to a few hours. We recommend having a Cable, DSL or other high speed internet connection. If you are using a dialup or 56k connection you may consider downloading the software at a another location.

What do I do if I have problems with my purchase?
The fastest way is to write us a email @gmail.com or create a assistance ticket with details about the issue. You can also call but it will not be the way to resolve your issue.
I placed a order but I never got any emails?
If this happens please check your spam folder and after 15 minutes you still have not recieved any emails then email:@gmail.com with some information so they can look up your order.
I call but I do not get a answer?
We try to do most of our communication via our email, tickets or live assistance. If you insist on phone communication and cannot get a represenative then leave a message and request a phone call back. Most phone calls end up with a resolution via email.
Does all software come with some type of assistance?
Yes all software titles come with a year of assistance, we will do whatever we can to resolve your issue. An additional year of assistance can be purchased for $9.99
I dont like the software I purchased, what do I do?
In most cases we will work with you and provide a substitution for a simular title of equal or lesser value. Please contact assistance via email: @gmail.com or by creating a assistance ticket.
